I had the privilege of climbing with Mark for two months and I quickly learned that he possess the perfect mix of rock and book smarts. Not only is he one of the best climbers I have ever met, but he has the education and training to translate complex physical and mental climbing concepts into material that is easily absorbed by those who are new to the sport. At the same time, I was also able to observe Mark engage his skills in ways that challenged even the most seasoned climbers in my group. Have become a regular client having met Mark on a climbing course some years ago now. Every time out has been great, with the pace and level of the climbing always being well suited to my fitness and level of psych on the given day. Not to mention Mark's ability to find dry rock and new crags each time. Can't recommend Snowdonia Mountain Guides highly enough, and will be back again many times in the future I'm sure.
