Wales is a hidden gem when it comes to winter mountaineering, the landscape is as dramatic as many places in Scotland, but the walk ins are considerably less. There are several 'classic' days out that given recent years do come into condition for some quite extended periods.

If you are interested in learning some essential winter skills that will help you to develop your winter mountaineering then we can help you to reach your own goals, by showing you a few essential skills and techniques for safe winter mountaineering.

This Course takes place in Wales, and is very much subject to conditions, whilst we can't make assurances about teh conditions, what we can do is offer you a course, where we don't take a deposit, allow us to cancel should the conditions mean that it is impossible to run the course. This cancelled only applies to when the weather is to warm so the snow and ice are melting.

Pricing

1 to 1 ratio £140 per day - private guiding/coaching

1 to 2 ratio £160 per day - private guiding/coaching

1 to 3 ratio £200 per day - private guiding/coaching

1 to 4 ratio £240 per day - private guiding/coaching

£250 per person - for a two day course

£500 per person - for a five day course
