Whatever the pathway you are on, we offer not only a climbing experience but a wider view of teach and coaching rock climbing, which will strengthen you skills when you go for you assessment or enter the real world of guiding and instruction. We do this by offering some extra CPD in the form of a bespoke coaching climbing course, delivered in small modules throughout the course. We also share with you our vast experience of teaching climbing both in North Wales and beyond.

We believe that this two month course is worth about two years experience under your own steam. Not only will your climbing improve but your ability to teach and manage people in challenging rock climbing environments.

Fast Track to SPA

As part of this course we will take you on and get you enough experience to register and then attend your Single Pitch Award Training course. During the rest f the time we will devise a program that helps you work towards both the personal climbing, technical skills and teaching experience you need to attend and pass your SPA.

To achieve this we will mainly be based in North Wales, but will go on short breaks to the Peak District and the South West of the UK on small road trips to gain you valuable experience on different type of rock. Meaning you will finish the course not only more than ready for the assessment but a much better all round climber than when you started.

Throughout the course we will add further training to that you got on your SPA as well as facilitate you practicing your skills both independently and in a direct supervisory role with clients. We also offer a variety of CPD course that we will deliver through the course to enhance you teaching, climbing and personal development as a instructor. This will mean that after two months you are ready to go straight for you assessment, safe in the knowledge that you have both the logbook experience required and the skills to pass the award.
